Jessi Mendoza graduated from Wenatchee High School in 2006 where he then attended WVC to earn his Associates's in Business Transfer Degree. He transferred to Washington State University in 2009 where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management & Operations and a minor in International Business. He studied abroad while at WSU traveling to Chiang Mai, Thailand for a couple months his senior year before graduating in December 2010.


Work Experience

After graduating, Jessi moved back to Wenatchee and started working for Numerica Credit Union. He has been working for Numerica for over six years as a Financial Service Representative and most recently accepted a new position as a Small Business Loan Officer.

  • Jessi hosts a podcast show where he regularly interviews community leaders around the Wenatchee Valley. The guests include Wenatchee Chamber Shiloh Schauer, Wenatchee World publisher Rufus Woods, and Wenatchee Downtown Association Executive Director Linda Haglund.
  • As a member of a great community like Wenatchee, Jessi enjoys giving back by serving on non profit boards and service work. Jessi is the President of the NCW Hispanic Empowerment Fund which partners with the NCW Hispanic Chamber, CVCH, and WVC Foundation to award scholarships to students around NCW. He serves on the board for YACET, (Young Adult Consumer Education Trust) which helps fund financial literacy programs for vulnerable young consumers. Jessi is also an active member of the local service club Wenatchee Downtown Rotary.
  • Jessi was voted into the Wenatchee Valley Business World's 30 under 35 Class of 2017 for his community service and leadership in the Wenatchee Valley.
